Provide as much detail as possible — it helps us match the right magnet grade, process and price.

Magnet material & grade. Tell us the magnet type — Sintered/Bonded Neodymium (e.g. N42, N52, 42SH, 38H), Samarium Cobalt (SmCo₅, SmCo₁₇), Cast/Sintered Alnico, Ferrite, or Rubber Magnet. If unsure, describe the working temperature, required magnetism and environment.
Dimensions & tolerances. Share target size, shape (block, ring, disc, custom), and critical tolerances — magnet tolerance directly affects final flux density and assembly fit.
Magnetization direction. Axial, diametrical, multi-pole or custom magnetisation (e.g. Halbach array). Include pole count if multi-pole.
Surface coating / treatment. Specify: Nickel-Copper-Nickel (NiCuNi), Zinc, Tin, Chrome, Epoxy resin, Parylene, PTFE, or request our recommendations for your application.
Annual / projected quantity. Annual volume drives raw-material procurement and mould amortisation — quoting is very different for prototypes vs. mass production.
