Our Story

ATM-Magnet is a global manufacturer of permanent magnets and magnetic assemblies, serving customers across automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, medical, consumer electronics and industrial automation industries since 2009. Our headquarters and sales center are based in Shanghai, with three manufacturing facilities across China.

What We Manufacture

• Sintered & Bonded Neodymium (NdFeB) — N35 to N55 grades, 42SH/38H high-temperature grades
• Cast & Sintered Alnico — Alnico 2/3/4/5/8 grades, temperature-stable up to 550°C
• Ferrite / Ceramic Magnets — Dry-pressed Y30-Y40, injection-molded grades
• Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) — SmCo₅ and SmCo₁₇ for aerospace & defense
• Rubber / Flexible Magnets — Multi-pole strips, sheets, custom die-cut
• Magnet Assemblies — Rotor hubs, magnetic couplings, custom tooling-integrated solutions

Our Capabilities

• In-house CNC machining, EDM wire-cutting and surface treatment lines
• Magnetisation: axial, diametrical, multi-pole radial, Halbach array
• Surface coatings: NiCuNi, Zinc, Tin, Chrome, Parylene, PTFE, Epoxy, laser engraving
• Full in-house testing: flux density, coercivity, temperature cycling, salt spray
• R&D team of 28 engineers, 15+ years of magnetic materials expertise
