Quality Control Across the Process
- IQC — Incoming Quality Control: every batch of rare-earth metal, alloy and coating material is verified for composition and purity before release to production.
- IPQC — In-Process Quality Control: density, alignment and dimensions are checked at pressing, sintering and machining stations to catch drift before it becomes scrap.
- FQC — Final Quality Control: dimensional, appearance, magnetic and performance testing is performed on finished parts against the customer drawing and datasheet.
- OQC — Outgoing Quality Control: sampling inspection, packaging verification and document review are completed before every shipment.
Full Traceability
Each production lot is linked to its raw material batch, machine, operator, process parameters and inspection records, so any unit can be traced from finished goods back to its source. Inspection reports and material certificates are issued with every order on request.
Continuous Improvement
Non-conformance data, customer feedback and internal audit findings feed a structured corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process. Regular supplier audits and employee training keep the system effective year after year.
